This course will provide a basic understanding of natural gas measurement fundamentals and practical instruction to produce a more knowledgeable and proficient measurement staff. It will also emphasize the importance of accurate measurement and system balance to the bottom line.

Instructors have extensive field and back-office experience with production, midstream and transmission companies. In addition, they are very experienced in the maintenance and calibration of measurement equipment, auditing gas analysis labs, troubleshooting LAUF (Lost & Unaccounted For) issues and best measurement practices.

This training can consist of a one, or two-day course. The one-day course will consist of the following topics.

  • Natural gas chemistry
