JM Test Systems provides a torque wrench calibration service from 40 in- oz to 20,000 ft-pounds. We offer complete repair on broken units and a pickup and delivery service for your equipment or you can drop them off at one of our six locations.

We provide Armstrong, CDI, Proto, and Snap On, Hytorc, RAD Torque Systems, Atlas Copco, Enerpac, Fastorq and Norbar torque wrench calibration along with all the other major brands. Calibration is available both within our accredited laboratories and onsite at your company’s location. We provide a competitive torque wrench calibration cost using state of the art standards. Our calibration/certifications come with supporting documentation. This includes as found/as left data along with a certificate of calibration. Each certificate lists our laboratory standards. Standards are all traceable to NIST.

We are ISO 17025 accredited in certifications up to 2000 ft lbs. With our range of torque wrench calibration standards, we can service torque screw drivers, all click-type, hydraulic, pneumatic, battery operated, split beam style, preset, digital and dial torque wrenches.

The Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electric torque Test and Calibration Systems combine pin point accuracy with state-of-the-art technology and sophisticated design to offer versatile, functional, simple, and accurate torque testing of all types of torque devices. All of our calibrations come with torque charts for a quick reference while in the field.

For calibrations performed in one of our accredited laboratories, we offer regional pickup and delivery. This service eliminates the risk of damaged tools due to carriers who may not have the same level of concern for your test equipment.

Mobile Torque Wrench Calibration Service

Our Onsite Division can provide mobile torque wrench calibration services at your location. This means a quality job with near zero turnaround time for your equipment. This service also eliminates the need for transporting or shipping your tools which means less opportunity for damaged tools.

Torque Wrench Rental

JM Test System offers a wide range of torque wrenches for rent. Our rental fleet includes brands from manufactures like CDI and Proto. One of our rental associates will be more than happy to discuss your specific needs. They can assist in making sure we supply you with the correct rental unit for the job. Torque Wrench Repair

In addition to our calibration service, JM also offers torque wrench repair. We maintain a large inventory of repair parts to tackle most torque wrench repairs on the spot. If necessary, we provide our customers with an estimate for repair where applicable. You can then decide how we should proceed. Repair is available on most click-type, dial, preset and split beam style torque wrenches.
