Powered by a 30 VDC power supply, our systems deliver precise and consistent power to your equipment.

Equipped with a 5.5 digit panel-mounted multimeter, we ensure accurate measurements for your testing requirements. The inclusion of a 1/3 hp 115V vacuum pump and a 13/60 psi low-pressure pump simulate a wide range of real-world conditions.

Versatility is key, which is why we’ve incorporated both 120 VAC and 24 VDC solenoid testers into our bench, enabling thorough evaluation of your devices. A 250-ohm precision resistor further enhances the precision and reliability of our testing setups.

Monitoring is made easy with our 24 VDC voltage meter and loop-powered meter, providing real-time insights into your equipment’s performance. We understand the importance of visibility in the testing process, which is why our design includes an under-console lamp for workspace illumination.

To ensure versatility and convenience, we integrated both 120 VAC and 240 VAC receptacles into the design. Additionally, we incorporated essential features such as a 480 VAC motor starter analyzer, capable of testing electric motors up to 5 HP @480V 3-phase, overhead lamp, and a benchtop vice for enhanced functionality.

Safety is a paramount concern in any electrical testing environment, which is why we included a 480 VAC 3 phase power disconnect and a 120 VAC 20a outlet strip equipped with advanced protective measures.

The perfect solution for testing 3 phase electric motors. With remote start feature, the unit can be tested up to 15 ft away. This custom test bench has all the necessary features for accurate testing, including a digital oscilloscope, RTD simulator, megohmmeter, AC/DC power supply, 24VDC supply, 24 VDC solenoid test circuit, 24 VDC Continuity test, 120VAC solenoid test, 120 VAC 20A power strip, and an overhead light to illuminate the workspace. 415 VAC 200 Horsepower (150 kW) mobile motor starter mounted in a heavy-duty steel cabinet enclosure with see-through doors. The cabinet is securely mounted to a heavy-duty steel cart with polyurethane casters equipped with floor locks. 16 Series Cam-Lok receptacles rated at 400 amps mounted on left side of cabinet; 600 VAC, 400 amp disconnect switch located on right side of cabinet for emergency power shutoff. Digital power analyzer displays current, voltage, amps, & watts.

Mobile Control Valve Leak Rate Tester

Mobile low pressure control valve seat leakage test stand equipped with pneumatic actuator and flange clamping assembly, SCFH flowmeters, a bubble counter, a 4/20 milliamp signal to an (I/P) transducer attached to valves being tested, 0-30 psi air supply source to a positioner supply port, a 3-15 psi air supply to the signal port, and 24 & 48 VDC power terminals for solenoid valves.

Three Phase and Single Phase Electrical & Motor Test Bench

An all in one three phase and single phase AC and DC electrical and motor test bench. This custom test bench includes: 480 VAC 3 phase motor starters up to 60 horsepower; 277 VAC single phase test outlet; Variable single phase VAC panel mounted transformer with cam-lok receptacles and output voltage of 0-240 VAC; Programmable DC power supply with output voltage range of 0-250 VDC @ 80 amps max; Digital panel analyzers, and several other electrical control equipment items.

MSA Ultima X Gas Monitor and Pressure Test Bench

This test bench was designed for the calibration of MSA’s interchangeable smart sensors for use with stationary Ultima X Series gas monitors. Also included are Nitrogen, Helium, and zero grade air supply ports designed with materials that satisfy the chemical compatibility ratings. Additional digital test pressure sections include: 0-30 PSI & 0-100 PSI. A valve testing setup was installed with sample air and actuating air sections equipped with two 100 PSI analog gauges and various other controls for calibrating and testing small control valves. This bench was also equipped with several electrical test components and test equipment for use with day to day operations.
