Product Overview: Kaelus iPA-1900A Portable PIM Analyzer
Kaelus iPA-1900A Portable PIM Analyzer
The iPA Series Passive Intermodulation (PIM) Test Analyzer is the first battery-powered PIM Test Analyzer capable of supporting several test scenarios for DAS systems, including testing at the top, bottom, roof top, and in-building. Any WiFi equipped phone, tablet, or laptop computer can control this IEC compliant 20W, robust, battery operated design via remote control. This enables for safe and convenient hands-free dynamic testing. To easily determine the location of PIM and Return Loss sources, use the optional Range to Fault (RTF) module. This PIM Analyzer, which evolved from a design legacy of field-proven analyzers, helps network operators improve site performance by locating and eliminating sources of passive intermodulation at the cell site. For local control, performing testing, and quickly creating site reports, an intuitive touch screen interface is also provided.
