V-Watch Personal Voltage Detectors

The V-Watch® is a safety device that is worn on the outside of your clothing at mid-torso that detects and alerts you to the presence of electrical fields or powered electrical equipment. You and your workers can move safely in an emergency to restore electricity to your consumers. A normal model and a pro model with a mute feature are both available for the V-Watch. Each comes with a lanyard that is worn around the neck while in use and is made of durable nylon.

The C-10 Carrying Case Lanyard is offered in two variations. A black shielding material is used to make the C-10 Carrying Case Lanyard. The C-10FR Carrying Case Lanyard is comprised of a high-visibility safety green cloth that is shielded by a flame-resistant outer covering.

V-Watch Personal Voltage Detectors  Features:

• Alerts user to proximity of high voltage
• Audible and visual alarms increase in frequency the
closer the user gets to energized equipment
• Typical V-Watch initial warning distance is about 7 feet (2.13 m)
from a 4kVAC conductor (see instruction manual for more
details). Warning distance increases with higher voltages.
• Provides another level of safety for line crews, storm
restoration workers and first responders
• Low battery indicator
