Designed with technicians in mind, the PIECAL 820 features an intuitive EZ-DIAL Double Click Menu, making setup straightforward and eliminating the complexity of larger calibrators. It’s ready to use right out of the box, saving valuable time.

Combining comprehensive milliamp loop functions, DC Volts and millivolts, 14 thermocouple types, 9 RTD curves, ohms, and process frequency signals, the PIECAL 820 is versatile. It includes a continuity tester with tone for troubleshooting, auto-storing MIN/MAX readings, and three output set points for fast zero, midpoint, and span calibration. Advanced features include automatic detection of 2, 3, and 4 wire RTDs and configurable automatic stepping and ramping. Indicators include a green LED for frequency sync and red for signal overload or invalid conditions.

The durable design includes a backlit display for dark environments, a protective rubber boot with a built-in stand, a hands-free carrying case, and test leads.

A NIST Calibration Certificate and a three-year warranty are included, with an optional six-year extended warranty for low ownership costs. Alternatively, opt for a three-year replacement warranty to avoid unexpected expenses in environments where equipment is frequently damaged.
