The iTIG II series comes with max output voltages of 4kV, 6kV, 12kV and 12kV-HO (high energy output). In some cases the HO model can generate a higher voltage in the motor windings than the standard model. Contact us for more information.

What Can Be Tested:
AC stators and assembled motors, DC motors and armatures, generators, alternators, coils and various types of transformers and reactors can be tested with all models. For DC motors see Accessories.
High Frequency Surge Tests:
The iTIG II high frequency (50Hz) surge tests find more faults than similar testers using low repetition rate pulses such as frequencies of 1 to 5Hz.
4-Wire High Accuracy Winding Resistance Measurements:
The iTIG II winding analyzer and motor analyzer comes standard with 4-wire resistance measurements in milli Ohm or micro Ohm.
Outputs:
The iTIG II series of coil and motor testers come with max output voltages of 4kV, 6kV, 12kV, 12kV-H and 15kV-H (High energy output). The H model has higher discharge capacitance and can generate a higher voltage in the motor windings than the standard model. The iTIG II winding analyzer and motor analyzer is portable, light weight and rugged, designed for shop and field testing. It comes in basic to fully automatic versions.
All models can be upgraded to higher level models with more automation, more features and higher outputs later. They can include production line automation software.
Time Saving Report Capability:
Reports can be generated automatically on the motor tester with a click of the print button. Reports and raw test data are transferred to a server with WiFi, Ethernet or a USB Flash Drive. This process saves significant time. Contact us to discuss options and how to save the most amount of time.
- Reports can also be generated with TRPro report software that runs on PCs.
