Steps done to rebuild gauge

1. Gauges are decontaminated and flushed before any work is done

2. Gauges are dis-assembled completely

3. Tube connection is cleaned of any rust or corrosion, buffed, then checked for breaks in the welds

4. All steel is painted

5. All Brass, Monel, or stainless is polished and cleaned

6. All screws are cleaned of rust and corrosion (replaced if badly worn)

7. Dial is cleaned and inspected for legibility(replaced is needed)

8. Gauge is re-assembled and the accuracy is checked.

9. Gauges are completely cleaned. Then they are checked and approved by the quality coordinator
