The 3314A feature set includes accurate sine, square, and triangle waves, with ramps and pulses available using variable symmetry with a frequency range of 1 mHz to 19.99 MHz. Additional features include counted bursts, gate, lin/log sweeps, AM, FM/VCO, dc Accurate sine, square and triangle waves from 0.001Hz to 19.99MHz, 0.01 mV to 10 V p-p (50 ohms).
Ramps and pulses are also available to 2 MHz, using variable symmetry (5 to 95% range).
Additional features include counted bursts, gate, linier /logarithmic sweeps; AM/FM modulation/VCO, DC offset, and phase lock.
Arbitrary Waveform Mode allows a countless number of user defined waveforms, offset and phase lock.
