Product Overview: CDI 6004-F-ETT 3/4″ Dr 60 – 600 Electronic Torque Tester
The CDI 6004-F-ETT Electronic Torque Tester features a 3/4 inch drive and is capable of testing torque from 60-600 ft-lbs or 81-813 Nm. Unlike a torque calibration system that generates certification for torque wrenches, the ETT is a portable, battery-operated stand-alone tester that can also be powered by AC. Its main function is to verify the accuracy of dial and click-type torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers, ensuring they remain precise between calibrations. With the addition of a joint rate simulator, the ETT can also test stall and clutch-type pneumatic and electronic torque tools. However, it is not suitable for use with impact or pulse-type tools.
Features:
- Integrated transducer and robust housing enable mounting in nearly any position.
- Innovative neck design allows operators to easily view the LCD display when testing long torque wrenches.
- Accuracy: ±0.5% of the indicated value, both clockwise and counterclockwise, from 10% to 100% of full scale, plus 1 increment or least significant digit.
- Four operating modes: peak mode, power tool mode, first peak mode, and track mode.
- Dual scale options (English/Nm or English/cNm, dNm).
- Auto/manual display reset functionality.
- Reads in both directions (clockwise and counterclockwise).
- Rechargeable NiCad batteries.
- Designed as a durable, cost-effective tester, the ETT can be wall-mounted, placed on a portable cart, or set on a bench, allowing operators to test torque wrenches or power tools without leaving their workstations.
